In my attempt to make a dental appointment, the following telephone conversation occurred towards the end!
Me: So I'll be there on the 16th of December at 11 am.
Receptionist: No the 15th of November at 10 am.
Me: December?
Receptionist: Yes, the 16th of December.
Me: At 10 am?
Receptionist: No, 11 am.
Me: On the 16th ?
Receptionist: The 15th at 11 am
Me: Please could we start again?
She was really nice but got me most confused!
Charlie says: Easily done.
