Two delightful things happened to me yesterday.
First, I finally, finally, finally received from the lovely people at Amazon.com, KarenG's Farm Girl. It's been nearly three months coming but by jingo I got it!
Secondly, yes that was Charlie yesterday.
My pc has finally been fixed. Faraway Dell Inc gave me one of their finest Tech Man.
He replaced my Mother with a new Model. Yay!
Unfortunately he left the insides of my pc looking something like this:
Once I untangled all the wiring that he had knotted together my pc worked like a dream.I don't exaggerate when I say we spent nearly 3 hours trying to figure out why despite the new Mother, my pc was still conking out.
I have no idea why he did what he did, i.e. tie up my wiring and not tell me but spend those hours finding cables and messing with my router blaming it for my pc's failure to live.
Maybe he liked the coffee I made him. Hm.
All I know was that we wasted an afternoon when all he needed to do was untie what he knotted up. And I wasted my time after he left trying to figure out why my pc was still not working.
Instead of reading Karen's lovely book!
But I'm baaaaaack!! And it feels good.
