Surprises galore!

Bloggie pals!!

My annual "team building" session for work is looming but this year, my employers have surpassed themselves with this invite! It almost makes the event bearable! LOL! Well, no it doesn't but look at the lovely invite!!

And the good Cap'n Alex J. Cavanaugh  surprised me with this fabulous accolade!!! Awwwww! I am BLUSHING!!  And that's not only because of his invisible underwear. Ahem.
Thank you Cap'n Ninja! You ROCK the best!!

Charlie says: I surprise the silly Gumster with my mighty leap!

Have a lovely week y'all!

I've heard about company retreats but I didn't know they were something people thought was actually a good idea. Our workplace occasionally runs a small convention to showcase the good work they do though. Because we work in the shop that raises the money we never see what happens with it, so they get us together once or twice a year and show us.

And with hushed silence, I'm in awe of that invite.

Look at you. Cool accolade and I can see you blushing! Rock on and y'all have a nice week. Now I'm saying "y'all", y'all.

Cheerio,

Of course you deserve Alex's You Rock award! And may you rock on for many more fabulous literary years to come.

Gumtree and Charlie would appreciate the dilemma I put my kitty Kelly Kel in today - I cleaned out her kitty litter but forgot to give her clean litter and then left home for several hours. I came back to an empty kitty tub and a very impatient cat. But then she slept on my tummy for over an hour so I guess I'm forgiven.

You are a rock star. That dang Alex beat me to the draw!
I suggest putting a fifth of vodka in your thermos and carry it in your lunch kit. That ALWAYs makes meetings more fun.

Love the photo, Kitty! Your lovely cats looks so happy outside. I ordered Peaches a cat harness. I'm scared she will run away if I just let her out, but she sits at the door looking at me when I am on the patio. Makes me feel horrible.
