Oodles and oodles of noodles

I call this recipe:

The noodle quickie

Or

The noodle quickie that's probably already a recipe somewhere and I'm too late to patent it and earn tons of money from it recipe

Method:

1. Cook noodles (as many or as little as you can eat)as per packet instructions.

2. Rummage through cupboard and/or fridge for that jar of chilli sauce you bought for half price at Waitrose during the sales.

3. The chilli sauce could be mild or sweet or extra hot.

4. Once the noodles are cooked and drained return to pan with heat off.

5. Douse with the sauce of your choice.

Eat.

This recipe is very flexible. Add all sorts to it (cooked tofu or veg etc) and then douse in sauce. Yum.

Oh, that IS easy. I love easy. I hate to cook. I mean, I loathe it. I prefer to scrub litter boxes than cook. Alas, I have to do it --it's too costly to make frequent trips to the deli at the grocery store for ready-made stuff!

Hi Kea

I loved the recipes you've got on your site - "pumpkin dump cake" made me laugh - but that's just my juvenile self eeking out!

Oh but sometimes it's so nice to just go for the deli stuff isn't it?

And as for cleaning litter boxes. Hm. LOL!! I mean I do it cos it needs doing but loving doing it... er..!!
