My tough ol girl

Pardon me if I put this clip as the main focus of my blog today. It's just that I'm taking the Cat to the vets this morning and it's not looking good for my tough ol girl.

I thought by now that I'll be all cried out but my eyes are welling up again as I type.

You should have seen me on the train to work yesterday! I was blubbing so much the guy pushing the refreshments trolley didn't know where to look when he stopped by my seat and asked if I wanted any tea or coffee.

I'm trying to be as optimistic and as positive as I can. I believe the Cat has a spark or two left in her. I just hope the vets would think so too.

So this clip just cheers me up. The best bit is towards the end. They drift apart, find each other and hold ...er... flippers? Paws? Best viewed with the sound turned down.

We are sending lots of purrs and prayers - we totally believe that with enough hope and love headed there way there are some animals (kitties, doggies, etc) that can improve and do well for a while longer. We think that is working with Maxdog and we think that it can work for you too! We are going to ask our friends to send lots of purrs and prayers your way too!

When I first started following your blog, your cat was at the vet. And she made it back to you!! Let's hope she still has a few of her 9 lives left.

I am so sorry your cat's not doing well. It doesn't sound like you're doing too well, either. My heart goes out to you, I've outlived many a cherished pet and it kills me every time. I hope the vet agrees with you that your tough old girl has some sparks left! And thanks for sharing the otter clip, that was precious.

I found my way through Amy's House of Cats. Well, my dogs don't purr, but they do send gentle barks of love to your kitty. Hang in there; your love and care will pull her through!

Sending lots of purrs and Light for you both, Old Kitty. I know it's human nature to want to hold on to those we love, but all things pass from this realm. I hope, however, that she still has quality time with you yet!

We are sending lots of prayers and purrs that your kitty will be all right. Try to think positive. If you see some spark left in her, then hopefully she will be all right. Take care.

Maximus Spittimus advises that he is purring loudly right now for your tough ol' girl and will keep purring until the Two Legs put food down - at which point he will eat it and then continue purring.

I am hoping you have received good news from the vet and Cat is home safe and sound and feeling better.

We are purring and praying for the Cat. It must be hard. Jackie is sick and is not able to jump or walk around very well. We are trying everything we can to make him better. We will not give up :). The Cat knows how much you love her and I am sure she is working on getting better. I know Jackie is doing the same too. Please tell the Cat to stay strong. We are sending lots of love to her.
