Snuck up

Things that sneak up on me:

Deadlines: a short story in two weeks, first three chapters of anything let alone a novel in 6!

Grey hair: bleagh – I have my mum’s genes. Her hair turned grey when she was 30.

Time: “Oh my goodness, a few more months and it’ll be Christmas”! LOL!

Memory loss: Now what was I gonna say again? Oh well, I'll just eat more buns!

My round belly.

:-)

If only they snuck up on me as cute-ly as this!

Charlie says: rolling around on dirt is so much fun under the sun!

Thank you Charlie cupcake!

:-)

Have a great Monday everyone!

Definitely time, memory loss, my middle-aged padding and my eye wrinkles! Grey hair too, but the hi-lites cover it, or most of it. :-)

That video is too adorable; I've seen it recently elsewhere.

Charlie, too, is adorable, as always. It almost feels that he's been with you forever, though of course it's not been long at all.

Good luck meeting your deadlines!

Christmas ALWAYS sneak up on me, as do birthdays. Not mine, but others. The one's I'm responsible for. I'm usually running out the day of and buying a present. Or the day after.

Hey, soul sister!

I will probably always have the darkest of brown hair (genetics on my dad's side), but the grays are multiplying at alarming strandy numbers.

Round belly. Is there another kind?

I forgot what else I was going to say.

That sneaking cat is adorable! I love how he's in a different spot each time the camera comes back. I'm right there with you on the grey hairs and round belly. :(

There's no stopping you with the photos these days. I love seeing picture of Charlie!

That sneaky kitteh is so funny. Charlie you like to get your best coat dirty like my big brother Harry, sometimes he comes in a completely different colour.

Oh Charlie we agree with you rolling in the dirt is the bestest way to roll. Clean rolls just aren't the same.
Love the video of that stalking kitty.

Yup there is that deadline of Christmas. LOL The video is terrific. That kitty was brave right up until the end.
Who needs genes to have gray hair, I am just plain old.
Charlie you are looking terrific. Rolling in the dirt is our favorite thing to do too. Who wants to be clean. Have a great week.

Charlie has the right idea...just roll in the dirt to forget your troubles!

Oh, dirt rolling is the best!
Mommy quit fighting the gray...now she's sporting a head of silver (at 47) and loves it! It was sort of freeing. The tumminy padding, not so much...LOL

Time and grey hair are the worst - can't remember any birthdays anymore! Still coloring the hair after 10 years! Great video and Charlie looks like he is having fun with his dirt bath!

What is it with cats and dust? Some of the ones in my life have been black and they used to come in from the garden brown... :)

Love the video, Old Kitty! There are so many things that sneak up on you, aren't there? Like April for one! I can't believe we're past the middle of the month already!

Happy Monday!

I don't care to discuss grey hair or round middles. I just can't remember why at the moment!

Archie has just started to roll on the path when I take him out. Why do they roll in the dust, then spend ages washing, then roll in the dust again? It's one of the mysteries of life with cats! xx

Hello! I've seen you on a few bloggy friends blogs (hm, that doesn't sound quite as intended, somehow) and decided to pop over and say hello, and then fell in love with the little stalking cat on the video. What a brilliant companion with which to play 'What's the time Mr Wolf?!' Anyway, I am glad I am here now, as here looks like a very nice place to be. :)

What a cute video! Charlie did not seem impressed with it though. :-)

Where does the time go? How can anyone ever be bored? I wish there were more hours in the day!
