What makes a good crime story?
1) A complex character – is he the hero or the villain or both?
2) A heinous crime – WARNING: not for those of a nervous disposition!
1) A complex character – is he the hero or the villain or both?
2) A heinous crime – WARNING: not for those of a nervous disposition!
3) An eccentric victim - poor Mr MacDoonagoogle - who would want to decapitate such a sweet and innocent character?
4) A cliffhanger of an ending - making way for Book 2.
Did he or didn't he?

Well now, I have my ideas about that mystery, but I would never say anything to incriminate a friend! Enjoy your weekend!
Oh no.... how did that happen??????
Poor Mr MacDoonagoogle... can he recover from this terrible crime?
aw no poor Mr Macdoonagoogle. hehe
I knew Mr. MacDoonagoogle's days were numbered!
Sounds like a great story to me, and your main character is surely hero material. Cute.

Poor Mr. MacDoonagoogle!...We think a Charlie imposter did it, it couldn't have been sweet, wonderful Charlie; we hope you solve this terrible crime and exonerate our good friend Charlie!...Have a fun weekend...xo...Calle, Halle, Sukki
Time to send in Horatio from CSI Miami ...
Time to order DNA testing to see if it is really er.. MacDoonagggooolle other end or it seemed like his other end?
Charlie is innocent!
It is not what it seemed!
I ditto Jacqueline. Sweet and innocent-until-proven-guilty Charlie couldn't possibly have committed such a heinous act!
P.S. Thanks so much for the b-day wishes. (((Hugs)))
Oh, poor Mr MacDoongle! :)
Hope you can have a happy weekend regardless!
I think I could solve this one!
The hero/villain is so cute and fluffy that I'm sure he'd get let off.
Are you sure that is actually your Mr. MacDoonagoogle - how do you know now he has been beheaded.
You're too funny!
I love cats (especially my own), but if there is any murdering of a small toy, I bet it's the cat every time.
As for murders, my cat, Shaggy tried to murder my spider plant the other day - knocked it right off the end table. She's done this many times to many different plants. (Serial killer?)
PS Have you seen this?
If you email me with your size and your address, I'll send yours on to you when it arrives. My email address is in my sidebar or you can use the temporary address here
Well Charlie makes a perfect center character in the mystery. And poor Mr.MacDoongle. Did he fall apart Charlie or did you kind of take him apart??? You just wanted a new Mr.MacDoongle. Charlie tell your assistant, that she shouldn't show the picture of the suspect.
Have a great week end.
I loved this! Very very funny!
Mr Macdonnagoogle was not long for this world - Charley just helped him out a bit!

Okay, Old Kitty, you need some sort of email addy so people can write to you, rather than leave a comment here about unrelated things! LOL.
No need to publish this comment, I just wanted to thank you for the b-day wishes. I'm happy with the hi-lites, she does a fabulous job. We're growing the hair out a bit, into a short bob. I hope. If I can stand to grow it that much. LOL.
And I came home with tulips, wine, and tiramisu. Couldn't find a little cake or anything else in the bakery that appealed.
P.S. The day is gloriously sunny, but very cool. I'm back in long johns! :-O
Those distractor things just aren't cat proof are they! What are we all supposed to do - buy them by the dozen...? :)
We don't think Charlie did it. He's innocent, we tell you, innocent!
