Marilyn and Maff
It seems that for the divine Ms Monroe, diamonds were not her best friend.
It was her dog, Maf.
And now he has written a book about his life with her.
Oh ok, it's really written by Andrew O Hagan and it's called The Life and Opinions of Maf the Dog and of his Friend Marilyn Monroe
A review of the book by Evening Standard says this:
"Maf is a...voraciously original travelogue.. a love letter to modernity and a hilarious and often tender insight into the monster of celebrity. In Maf's world all animals speak, if only human beings were attentive enough to be able to hear them..."
Charlie says: I write tell-all book about you once I find the socket to turn on the pooter.
p.s Happy Earth Day for yesterday - To celebrate, a tree will be planted in the National Forest in Northern California by the “Arbor Day Foundation”. Just click on this button for more info. Thanks.
Have a great Friday everyone!

i think charlie would write a great book, but i don't think he would let the truth affect him
What an interesting idea for a book! But yeah, you should watch out for Charlie if he is planning a tell all - I don't think I would want my cats to do that (because then everyone would know how terribly boring my life is!)
I look forward to Charlie's tell all. Will it have photos of shoes!
What's a pooter?
Behind every great person is a pet (usually).
I wonder what it's like at George Clooney's house with his pet pig? Rather than a pig or dog, I much prefer my cat, who is currently resting next to me.
You better watch out - Charlie's going to tell all your secrets! Yay, you got your tree planted!
What a neat book! And what a phenomenal tail! We are in awe, that thing is a PLUME!

aww I didn't know she had a wee dog. Very cute!
Hmm what secrets might Charlie reveal in his tell all about you?
Thanks for dropping by my blog!

Publish or Perish
Did Andrew write the book about Kennedy's dog?
Charlie probably already knows all your secrets, so you might need to worry about that book!!...We hope you guys have a happy, fun weekend...Kisses to handsome Charlie!...xo...Calle, Halle, Sukki
What a great idea for a book! I'll look forward to hearing what Charlie has to say, too!
You, at least, have lived an interesting life so far, so Charlie's tell-all would make for good reading. Now, if my fur crew were to do that, it would be a one-page (if that!) memo. Ha!
The book by "Maf" should be quite interesting! :-)
I must get Muttie this.
Never read any Andrew O'Hagen but heard he's good and he's from my neck of the woods too.
I thought of doing a mini booklet on Muttie's life but then I thought: 'Hey, who's interested?!'

I'm helping dig a hole for a new tree too! Charlie is going to be a good reporter, I can tell. Y'all have a great weekend!
That is hilarious, I dont have a pet so I dont have to worry, yet...looking forward to Charlie's story..
cute video...
will read charlie's book, cover to cover ;)
Happy Friday Old Kitty!
I think Charlie would write a brilliant book. I'd read it!
Oh Charlie, we hope like crazy, you find that plug for the pooter. We can't wait for that book. Charlie you are looking great with that wonderful tail.
Have a wonderful day.
Hi Charlie!
We would dearly love a book written by sweet Charlie, we think it would be best seller!

That will be so exciting if Charlie would write a tell all book!!
And the book of Marilyn's furriend,Maf seems so interesting! We hope we can find one in Japanese!
That is an original book idea! We should worry more critters will write tell alls!
Charlie, You've got really good back end floof going on there. Love how you're trying to help your mom.
I can't wait to read Charlie's memoirs! I bet they'll be far more interesting, and funnier, than Maf's!
Sounds like that book must have got sold just after the one about Cheetah the chimp who was in Tzaran (I'm afraid I nearly put Tarzan the Cheetah...) got short listed for whatever it was!
The state of my book memory these days, ugh :)
What a sweet dog - and hairy too. Wouldn't dare let mine write a book.
Must. Read. Now. Maff is gorgeous! I wonder what breed he was? And what's with the name? Also, looking forward to Charlie's book:)
Really enjoyed the video and looked forward to reading the book.
How sweet of Ol' Blue Eyes to give Marilyn a dog! :)
Oh look at Charlie's tail - that's a tail and a half, that is! I like to think my cats, the Ginger Whinger and the Naughty Tortie, would say only nice things about me, and not let on about my love of awful yet comfy knitwear. Giant jumpers made of bad wool, that's the style I rock when no one else is around. :)
Oh oh -- a Charlie tell all! :-)
I didn't know Marilyn Monroe had a dog! Sounds like an interestin premise for a book.
