Three Little Words

Exciting day for me tomorrow oh fabulous bloggie friends!

I shall be participating in my first every writer-ly blogfest!!! Oh yes!!

Thank you the lovely Joanne Fox who introduced me to the equally lovely Ellie of Diving in a Word Pool.

Ellie throws out 3 words and all we have to do is create a story in 33 words using any or all of the three words.

The words for tomorrow are: countryside, rose, sunshine.

And would you Adam and Eve it but I'm still re-writing and re-drafting my 33 word story. LOL!

Charlie says: I have three words for you: Door. Open. Now.

Have a simply divine Tuesday everyone! And please join in if you want to!

I haven't seen any of your writing in AGES. I'm so excited! It's 10 pm here, so I hope it's done and you and Charlie are sound asleep.

What a fun idea for a blogfest.

It's a fun exercise isn't it? For once I am organised and have almost finished tinkering with my 33 words ready to post tomorrow.

That sounds interesting! I feel like joining in too! No time now, though. So many things are happening in life at the moment :).

Also, Charlie is SUPER CUTE!

I like your three words! Are you going to post it? Writing only 33 words would be extremely challenging, IMO.

I like Charlie's three words. LOL.

Good luck!

Thirty three words? That's tough! I like flash fiction but I'm not sure what I could do with those words.

I like Charlie's words.

That sounds like fun, I would have picked different words like catnip, whap and birdie...but that's just me. I like Charlie's words a lot!

Loved Charlie's choice of three words - think I've heard that a million times - I mean why use the cats flaps if mum is somewhere in shrieking distance!!
Will be looking forward to seeing your story - 33 words doesn't give you much to say. Think it could be very difficult.

33 words is so few! My writer's group drabbles a lot--stories in exactly 100 words. And I've done the 6 word story challenges, but 33 somehow seems more challenging (in 6, it's obvious you HAVE to be brief).

Anyway, I look forward to seeing it!

Have a great day.

Well it sounds like a challenge - 33 words is not that many (though I suppose if you were to get stuck you would say the opposite!) I can picture a good story, but with my tendancy to ramble, well, 33 words would never happen!

Hi Charlie - we hope you got to go out quickly - we think those are great words!

Wow, that is a challenge! I've been known to write sentences w/ that many words!

Love Charlie's 3-word command! I can relate to that! :)

Sheesh! What is with all the super-short blog challenges? I thought 100 was too short for me! 33 would drive me NUTS!
