Roasted

Dear bootilicious Bloggie friends, I'm an addict.

A caffeine addict to be precise.

I must have my coffee and it must be strong, extra expresso shot, cappuccino -frothy, milk barely there please - first thing every morning or else I do not function and will be lip dibbling all day.

I've never been a latte fan - the milk kind of gets in the way.

But if my cup came up looking like this.. I might just change my mind:

Latte art at its best!

I only mention this because the keen eyed of you will notice I missed out yesterday's blogging. I was knee deep in my final woman's mag short story revision - deadline midnight just gone. And it was all I could do to stay awake. Coffee came like a knight in shining cafetiere armour and rescued me! :-)

Thank you the humble coffee bean.

Charlie tried to stay awake with me. :-)

Have a buzzing Friday, everyone!

Charlie looks like he fell asleep right there, face into the floor!

I looked for a post yesterday evening, before shutting down, and did observe there wasn't one. I'm glad it wasn't due to flood, fire, famine or pestilence. :-)

And I hope you're satisfied with your short story!

Happy Friday!

Well, I am glad the coffee worked for you - it isn't my cup of tea (ha - that is funny). I am much more of a Coca Cola or Dr Pepper person for my caffine fix. And I love that Charlie looks like he didn't quite make it staying up with you - he is a typical cat!

I am the same with Diet Coke. Actually any diet soda with caffeine does me good. By the way, that art was amazing! I didn't know people could do that.

I knew Charlie would help you out! My Dad loves that stuff too, they call him Mr Coffee!

Hi O.K. & Charlie,

Not a coffee drinker but I like the smell of the stuff. I can see this for hot chocolate, too.

Pictures are so imaginative. But talk about temporary! 1 slurp & it's gone! :)

I don't like coffee. (I know ... that's close to blasphemy!) But those are some pretty beverages! I'll just imagine them being cocoa! :)

Me and my blog have missed you! How did the women's mag piece come out? I'm dying to read it.

What beautiful coffee. I love lattes but have never had a moon one. They're both beautiful. One day I hope we get to meet and have a cup of coffee.

It's 9pm here. You and Charlie are probably both sleeping now!

Coffee is the elixir of the Gods. Srsly. Pry the cup from my cold dead hands.

The cats however, get fed before coffee. Go figure!

After you drank all the coffee and finished your assignment, were you able to sleep? I LOVE coffee in the morning, but if I drink it too close to bedtime I can't sleep, and that drives me batty! Some people don't have a problem going right to bed after a cup of coffee, but I'll be awake for hours. Cool latte art, by the way!

This post made me want some Frappuccino alone time :(

Never been a fan of regular coffee, though. Guess they're a wire disconnected in my brain.

Cool pictures, by the way!
