Snapping collars

Bloggie friends!

Guess what I’ll be adding to my weekly shop this weekend?

Charlie says: I would hope, more edible treats for moi.

Sorry lovely bloggie friends - but Charlie's collar snapping was the most exciting thing to happen to me today! LOL!!!

Way to go Charlie, but don't overly excite your Mom, you know humans can't take too much!

Well, Charlie, snapping collars are supposed to snap, to help keep you safe. So the fact that it did it's job is good. And means mom now has the opportunity to find another perfect accessory! Good links, too!

Kitty,
It looks as if Charlie could care less about his collar...but then again, when you have more important things such as treats to occupy your mind, the heck with the collar :)

Charlie has learned to close his eyes when you snap a photo of him :)

I chuckled over your "boiled cabbage" St. Patrick's Day comment, Jen. Gee, couldn't she have thrown in some carrots and a potato or two..lol!

Well I hope you find Charlie a stylish collar to replace it.
Yesterday my youngest, Borage, had his 3rd lot of stitches since we got him in Oct 2009. I'm hoping his accident-proneness does not continue as the vets bills were £200! I have a stinky cold and so have not been up to anything much the past few days. :O)

We wonder how you managed to snap your collar, Charlie!

LOL- you're too funny. My kitty snaps his color too- well actually he manages to unhook it somehow every once in a while but I can't help but wonder if my three year old might be his hidden accomplice.

Charlie has so much lovely fur, it's hard to see his collar! My cat has a purple one. She has a purple harness too, but that didn't work out so well. Now my daughter uses it for her stuffed animals.

Sometimes that's a good thing! Nothing exciting here either. Give me time to relax and catch up on things. Hope you and Charlie are having a lovely week!

Happy shopping!

Bet it was exciting for Charilie too. Nothing more exciting than that happened to me either. Aren't we the lucky ones!

Ha! Well, I'd say if that's the worst thing that happens to you this week, consider yourself blessed! Maybe you can get Charlie a super snazzy collar, one that lights up with all sort of bells and a little hook to attach kitty treats?

What, they don't make those? Well, they should, yeah?

I buy Rufus's collars by the half dozen - he's always "losing" them!

Wow, you're as hard up for entertainment as we are if Charlie's collar snapping was the highlight of your day. :)

Our girlies were already 2 years old when we got them and had never had collars. When we attempted to adorn them with a couple of beauties it wasn't pretty!!

Take care :-)

We hope you didn't have anything to do with the snapping collar Charlie cos that might mean no treats. No - we're just teasing you we are sure Jenn will bring you the biggest bag of treats she can carry.

Ah, well, my life is pretty boring as well. That's why I have to write, the worlds in my mind are way more exciting.

Well, that is exciting! For Charlie, anyway. :) Can't wait to see his lovely shiny new collar!

Will you be getting Charlie a different color collar? Maybe he was tired of this one & it broke so he could get a nifty new collar! :)

Beth Zimmerman said...

Get him a pink one and see what he says! :)

um-ah a snapped collar. My cat currently has a flea collar...she'd have to work hard to snap that one.

Charlie don't let your Mommy put another collar on you! Tell her to take the hint! If you wanted it on you would have left it on!
Love to you and your Mommy!

OOOHHH, New colar time is exciting. Can Charlie pick out his own? I take Cody into Petsmart to get a new colar and she chooses treats.
