The story of a dreamer just drifting along with Charlie and Gumtree...
But did anyone know that 21 March was World Poetry Day?
And that the 3rd of March was World Maths Day?
Half way to the weekend!!
Charlie says "Give me attention!" I often get the same pose from my cat :)Thanks for your congratulations on the arrival of our grandson! We are thrilled!
As bad as your poetry might be, it's better than my poor excuses for poetry. Hello, Charlie!
Oh dear Maths Day fell on Mom birthday - she is not good at maths! Charlies says you need some kitty love!Cats of Wildcat Woods
Charlie, you need to move so Mom can work! My kitty never sleeps on the keyboard, she prefers a nice soft chair or bed. :)
happy wednesday Charlie
Old Kitty - No, I didn't know about poetry day or math day. Whoops.
You didn't do bad on your poem. I can't wait for the weekend! I hope your day is great!
I like visiting your site. I love cats. I have two myself, a long-haired Main Coon named SmellyCat, and a Silver Tabby named Rosie, and there couldn't be two different personalities. Good luck with compilation for Japan.
Charlie is just ensuring that you're blogging about *him*. :-)Just the word "math" makes my eyes glaze over. Ha.And no, I didn't know about World Poetry Day or World Maths Day. My life suddenly feels incomplete. :-P
I didnt know it was Poetry Day, what a pity, I may do a belated poetry fest today.
I had no idea about Poetry day or Maths day... haha... :)Less than half way to the weekend now, Jenn... yaay!
Good Boy ! CharlieGive Mommy a break : )xoxo
Charlie knows how to stop you writing and get your attention ;)There's an award on my blog for you!
Nope I didn't know that. I guess I shudda known about the poetry day.Very amusing haiku :O)
We think you're doing a fabulous job keeping your Mum from working, Charlie! Now she'll have to look at you!
Aww, Charlie, you look so comfy there. And you tell your mom, she does just find with the haiku! Thanks for the birthday wishes for Bowie!
I didn't know that. My father informed me last week there was a 'national french speakers day'. I was like really?
Honk honk, beep beep.... driving to the weekend. I wish the good people of the world did not have to go to a 9-5 job, if I had one wish to make come true. Love lazy kitties the way they stretch their body so nonchalantly across space.
*giggles* Oh, Charlie... that's not helpful... (I had a cat who liked to do that, too)
Charlie, that's a great place to rest inbetween writing odes!
You cant get a better reason than thaat to abandon writing lol. I love it.. Hugs GJ xx
Charlie is meditating on your keyboard. maybe he'll start to pound out some haikus.
How could we have forgotten 3rdMarch - World Maths Day - it is forever written on mum's heart NOT!! She says for her it would be a day to stay in bed and pull the covers over her head!!Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Did not know the poetry day and I missed it! Darn. :o) Thanks for sharing Charlie's cute picture and Haiku. XO
When it comes to typing, Charlie has you covered!!!
No we didn't know that either of those days were noteworthy!Hello handsome Charlie.Did you help your Mom write some haikus?purrinxoxox
Hi Charlie, good to see you looking comfy! :)O.K., I'm devastated to learn that March 3rd was World Maths day and I missed it!! :)
good job Charlie! That is one way to get your Mama to get off of that computer!xoxo
You are lucky that Charlie sits in front of you while you blog because our cats sit in the back half of my computer chair as I type! It's a miracle I don't fall off the computer while I write to everyone, really! Very funny post!
Where have I been this week?It may have something to do with the fact I went to bed BEFORE 9 pm on Monday. My week has been kind of like that. That's a very sweet haiku!
Haha. If you don't accomplish something on your computer you can blame it on Charlie and show people the picture as evidence.April is apparently Poetry Month. Will we see lots more haiku then? :)
