All tied up!

Bloggie friends!!

It felt so good to have a full day in bed just reading!!

I can finally cross one book off from my “to be read” pile of books that has been growing – worryingly - up to the ceiling all year! I seriously didn't think I'd have the time or energy to read them all!

Now on to another tome! Yay! Bring ‘em on!!

Charlie says: While you read, I play with my Christmas string!

Charlie says: Thank you Santa for my Christmas string!

We hope everyone is having a great day too! I'm still on holiday! Hoorah!

I have a serious case of the envies! I was up at silly o'clock this morning to get to work by 6 AM. I'd much rather be lying around playing with string.

Oh wow, Kitty...you READ? Tommy has a stack of books too. I think she just has them to---well---she just has them. I never see her open up any of of them. Charlie's lucky you actually read...and he's lucky to have a string to play with. Can I come visit? My house is dull...

Penny says,
'I do so hope that one day you shall paws long enough to read one of my books. Of course, it needs to be 'pawblished', first!' 'Arf, arf!'
Nice to see Charlie in the photo, 'no strings attached' lol.
Have a really nice holiday, both of you.
Love and cuddles, Penny xx

Charlie be careful with that string! You don't want to get tangled!
Oh I can sooo relate about the giant stack of books that you had. I am the same way with magazines.
I subscribe to magazines that I NEVER get a chance to look at because of reading blogs, etc. I have some from the SUMMER that I have yet to read!
As soon as I catch up with the books I have to read I will get back to the magazines.
Just know that you are NOT alone!

Mmm, reading in bed all day sounds heavenly!

I love how cats are so easy to buy gifts for--they're easily amused by the cheap stuff. Buy them expensive toys and they give it a sniff and walk off.

I'm still on holiday, too. :)

I'm now in the mood to give my cats some string.

That string looks like a lot of fun!

Congrats on finishing a book! I had plans to spend the days off doing lots of reading, but as usual those plans haven't quite come to fruition. LOL.

Oh Charlie, isn't it wonderful to be thrilled by such simple things in life? I'm so glad you could spend the day in bed which is kinda what we did yesterday. AFter romping in the snow we watched movies all day long; on the couch and in our jammies!
Today its time to get up and move around the world! Enjoy your Monday!

Yeay Charlie and his Christmas String! My cats had two Christmas Empty Boxes to play in, and loved them far better than anything else (apart from Nibbles and Treats, of course).
