Short and Sweet (like me!! LOL!).

"Charity didn’t think twice about taking money from the kitty they kept for their Christmas celebrations.

She felt her donation will always be more - especially as she’s now employer of the month."

The End

The words for this Wednesday's 33 word story are:
Charity, Kitty and Donation.

***********************************************

This is the FINAL Wednesday microfiction blogfest as the lovely Ellie Garratt who has hosted this concentrates on her other writing projects.

Thank you Ellie for such a fun short but sweet writing prompt. It kept my writer-ly brain ticking over!

Charlie says: Maybe now you'll get the hoover out!

Have a whacky Wednesday everyone!

Omigosh that is so good. I'd like to post it on twitter with a link to your blog. I'll see if it fits.

Your writer-ly brain ticks beautifully! And Charlie's brain does, too. Both of you have a good Wednesday. Hugs from me and Jen...

Great one, Jenn, I had to read it twice because of course, kitty is always a furry creature :)...Very original, you've got a great imagination, a wonderful flair for writing...We all are just in love with your adorable furry creature, Charlie, he is so precious and handsome!...xo...J, Calle, Halle, Sukki

I love this short! It made me laugh.

And don't let Charlie bully you into hoovering... if he'd just stop shedding, there wouldn't be nearly as much of a need! (That's what I tell my cats when they sneeze at me)

That was really sweet. When I read the three words, I sort of stared blankly at the screen, and I know I would've never come up with such a lovely mini-story. Good job!

Oh, and go pet Charlie for me!

Very nice, Jennifer!

Again, you've turned your story on its head. It's a shame this microfiction blogfest is ending because you have knack for 33-word stories that require 3 specific words.

Kitties should never be forced to give to charity. That's their owners' job.

Charlie must acknowledge the need for a Hoover due to his fur. My kitty has been shedding like crazy in this weather.

Happy Wednesday!

Thank you for taking part in the last Word Pool Wednesday x

Yes, I had to read it twice also, the first time thinking "kitty" meant well, feline. :-)

I've really enjoyed these, am impressed at how creative you are!

Big smooches to Charlie!

Another great short story - Charlie if you stopped shedding your mum wouldn't need to get the hoover out!! He is looking very snuggly today. xx

I'll miss reading your contributions to the 33 word story blogfest, Old Kitty! You always made such a clever story out of the key words. This one was very amusing!

Charlie really knows how to pose in just the right way to suit every occasion..lol

Is he afraid of the Hoover? My cat, Bo, will jump 5 feet in the air when I turn mine on.

I was happy to hear that you see egrets while on your train commute. It seems birds are doing so much better everywhere since less harmful chemicals have bee used in farming and pest control.

Again, a great 33 word story! That has to be so tough to do with only 33 words.

And Charlie is looking adorable as always!!

Cute story, but wouldn't Charlie run from the hoover?

OH!!! I have missed the Charlie sightings! My day is complete now!

Hi Charlie
I bet you like it just the way it is and don't want the Hoover to come out of the closet.

That was a good story -- clear and concise.
