I have finally resolved to get my writer-ly butt in gear!

So to kick-start my – “I must re-start my edits and write a cat story for this competition” all for the fun of it of course - here is my step one to utter, utter fabulous writer-ly mood:

When my Daisy (my coon hound) read the title of your blog post she got all excited and started wagging her tail in a circular motion! She thought you were going to write about her but she will forgive you for at least using the word "Daisy" in a sentence! Heehee!
Thanks for your comment about Sal Esposito, the cat who is expected to attend jury duty even though his owners tried to him excused! I think his story is hilarious and I think he needs to start blogging about his dilemna, don't you?

What a great desktop pic of Charlie, never mind the cute daisy clock! But it IS cute...From what site did you get it?

Thanks so much for the continued support. My dark circles have dark circles now and I'm feeling like Annie never will be able to *go* and come home. The vet said they'd do an x-ray today if things aren't moving, just to ensure there's no other issue. Apparently money is easier to flush away than poop! :-D

Hi Jen! When I saw the screen saver photo of Charlie I had a feeling I saw his pose once before and today I remembered a folk artist I like who lives in Nova Scotia, Canada, that paints many small painting of cats. She painted a white cat in the same pose Charlie is in. They look the same!

Here is her ETSY shop web site if you'd like to look at her art work:

Scroll down to see the Charlie cat :)

Hope you had an enjoyable weekend!
