As I finally get my first paragraph of my first chapter just so (again and again and...) look what I dug up on Google!!
I've discovered that my blog was - according to trafficestimate.com - started in July 2000.
How bizarre considering I only started this blog in January of this year!

Wow, I put our address in and it said it was started on July 31, 2000 and I just started my blog on January 14, 2010; with my blog name, I'm kind of afraid the other site may be pornography!!!!...I don't think I want to know!!LOL...Kisses to sweet Charlie, hugs to you, Jenn...J, Calle, Halle, Sukki

It is amazing (and scary) that a computer thinks it knows more about you than you know about yourself, isn't it? And we're supposed to trust computers, right?
Thank you so much for all of the compliments and comments about my blog posts lately! I have been unable to get to everyone's blog but you know that you are a priority when it comes to who I read first, right? It's hard to stay in touch at all times b/c I am holding down a full-time pet sitting job, etc, but I will do my best to stay in touch with you and all of my other blog favorites!

Wow that is crazy that you started it so far back and didn't even realize it! That is ok though, because I started my blog in 2008 but it doesn't exist on that site. My guess is they aren't that accurate!

How strange that you have been posting your blog in your sleep for years and didn't remember when you woke up! This morning I put my pictures on blogger and they kept disappearing into thin air so if you come accross Hannah and Lucy floating in cyberspace please send them home for their dinner!!
Charlie looks very comfortable while he rests his eyes (we know he's not asleep!!).
I get July 31, 2000 also, for the domain name, which of course is totally false. So perhaps that's a default date when they can't come up with any real info? Maybe it's really a way of spammers getting web site addresses to use?

A few reasons for this:
Traffic Estimate wishes you were around since July, 2000 because they love your blog so much.
Your blog has had an impact like it's been around for ten years.
They put 2000 instead of 2010. A typo.
You've put up so many posts a year, they figure you must be posting for ten years.
You started it in 2000 but didn't bother posting until 2009. (Charlie's guess.)
You look like you're 30, so you must've began 10 years ago.
I didn't have a traffic-tree Tuesday. It's street cleaning where I"m working today. It took me TWENTY minutes to find a spot.
Interesting. Is your novel about time travel perhaps?
