It's the thought that counts

Bloggie friends you are the best! Thank you for your stirring words of comfort for yesterday! I now stand ten feet tall (in heels)!

Oh but I have a confession for today!

I baked a batch of chocolate Chelsea buns for work…

…then ate the lot.

So here is evidence that I did sort of think if my work colleagues – even went as far as placing the buns in a Tupperware ready to be transported.

Charlie says: They never made it. The End.

Have a tantalising Tuesday, everyone!

Thanks for showing us your lovely buns. And how kind of you to eat them on behalf of your colleagues, thus saving them the job.

Have a lovely day you very witty Kitty, from Beautiful Bunless Boonie

One tantalising tuesday for you too!!!
Kisses!

Well they don't deserve your efforts if memory serves me correctly. The only thing for it was to eat them yourself.

True for Charlie...The End!

Charlie: Okay. So you really want to believe it's the thought that counts. You just keep telling yourself that.

Jen and I hope you have a repentant Tuesday! (LOL)

they never made it?? Oh bad bad Charlie. Those look like cinnamon rolls-- that's what we call them in the U.S. But there's no chocolate either, at least not the way I make them. But they look very yummy!!

Mommy made buns once, and her Kitty licked off all the icing. Mommy re-iced them and served 'em to company!
Mommy is funny.

Those, my dear Jenn, looks so yummy...

Of course it's the thought that counts, besides- your coworkers does not need to know...

After yesterday's 'accident', I went to work on the flattest possible shoes today... I have felt like a midget all day today... Good that at least one of us stood ten feet tall!

The Chelsea buns look yummy! No wonder they didn't make it to the office.

One of my co-workers brought in a veggie tray yesterday....good, but not quite the same appeal as those buns!

Mum says she's never had a chocolate chelsea bun but she thinks they would be very lovely and sinful. It was kind of you not to put temptation in the way of your work colleagues!! We hope you got a chelsea mouse bun Charlie.

Urgh! I have so done that! (well not buns... I'm not much on breads and such, but with other stuff)--They really DO look pretty irresistable.

You must be wearing a pair of Lady Gaga's heels.

Oh dear! But cinnamons buns are so good, I don't blame you. I'm glad we got to see the evidence. What they don't know won't hurt them, right?

Charlie in profile - so regal.
