Little things please little minds

Bloggie friends it's MINE ALL MINE!!

Real Hunter Wellies made for traipsing through mud, climbing rock and wading in water and just about great for anything else you can throw at them!

Raspberries to all those horrid ebay bidders who tried to take what was rightfully mine!! And what a bargain!

Charlie says: Oh alright. You bid on ebay I finish Chapter 9 for you. Just as soon as I try and get this microchip thing out through my ear.

Have a tartelette Thursday everyone!

Charlie, Get yourself a tinfoil hat or your Mom will know your every move. No Kidding.

If it's not too much of a stretch...those wellies are SEXY!

Wow posh wells, I'm not showing you mine, they've seen better days!

Good for you! Congratulations on your ebay triumph! I've never bid on ebay - looking at those wellies though, i might give it a try! Happy mud splashing and writing!
(I'd have a check on Charlie, with his history looks like he'd be scribing a hell of a crime novel)

Oh, I have Wellie-envy! I had no idea you could get Wellies like that, lined! And laced up! Here "wellies" are just plain pull-on rubber boots. Very expensive if you want them in funky colours or patterns, otherwise plain black and unlined (that I have seen). But those are seriously practical, awesome boots. Congrats on winning the bid!

Smooches to Charlie--tell him to leave the microchip alone, it's for his own good. LOL.

Congratulations! Now I believe there is a certain...ahem, plague that needs lifting from the homes you cursed the other ebay bidders with.

What a wonderful pair of boots! Would you believe that I have never bought anything off Ebay? I just don't dare look at Ebay or I know I'd be hooked.

I'm away on vacation so my computer time is limited...sorry I have missed some of yours and Charlie's posts, Jenn.

Old Kitty, they are the best wellies I have even seen, and your writing is flying along, happy days!

Yay! Finally we get to see the wellies!

With the weather lately you definitely need them.

Hi to Charlie!

wow they look really nice. definitly unlike all the wellies I've seen in shops in Poland. Mostly we've got kitschy stuff with flowers, skulls&roses and such, but these here are magnificent. Ha! :)

Love your new wellies - I hope you have many exciting adventures in them! My husband just keeps getting outbid on his set of glasses - I think he's going to give up.

Well done on making the winning bid on ebay - now all you need is a flood!!
Poor Charlie - his life of freedom over now he's microchipped - no chance of a dirty weekend now haha!!

Are you an ebay junkie?
My wife delights in the simple things, too. I admire that.

Nice. Very nice. My wellies rub my heel and let in water. And they have no laces. They're very poor all round, I see that now.

Wow, some seriously stylish wellies/gumboots!

Think you need to take a well-earned break from editing chapters and go splash about in some puddles.

YAY! Those are some good-lookin' boots! Glad you got them!

Whooooo Hooooo you won the boots. How exciting. And NOOOOOOOOs Charlie, leave that microchip in there. It is so much fun to win something on eBay. Glad you got them for less money. Didn't want to say 'cheap'.
Have a really fine day. Charlie, you behave.

Ooh, these are seriously classy wellies! I was imagining ones like you get at the hardware shop and wondering why you bought them on ebay. But now I see why!

And remind me never to show up at your house in MY wellies! (blush blush) because it's many a long year since they stood in that hardware shop!

So cute! How I wished I had a comfy pair of wellies myself when the floods hit our neighborhood for three weeks straight. These would have been perfect!

And happy Thursday to you, too!

Charlie, I second the tinfoil hat. Not that I think it will work, I just want to see a picture with you wearing it!

Kitty, I thought you'd be participating in the GUESS MY CHARACTER blogfest. I was looking forward to reading yours. Mine, of course, is poetry and magic. LOL.

Have a great day, Roland

Congrats on the win - that is very cool! And it is so fun to win those things, isn't it!

And Charlie - keep that chip in - chips are good to have - sure potato chips would be better, but your chip is good too!

Very stylish wellies - in fact I think they ought to have a posher name than wellies - where are you going to go in them? xx

Poor Charlie, a bit of tough thing to deal w/ for him, but you'll always know where he is! :)

I LOVE those wellies (or rainboots, as well call them). I want a pair! Congratultions.

Yesterday, on the metro in Washington DC, I saw someone with graffiti ones. Kinda cool, but I don't think I could pull them off.
