Bonfire of the Vani-kitties and NaNo alternative!

Bloggie friends!

Yes I know I said I'd not be posting but just wanted to say:

Happy Bonfire/Guy Fawkes Night!

And here is a groovy competition for all those finding the NaNo thing (writing a 50,000 word novel in a month) daunting - a mini-NaNo writing competition!

Write a 900 word story in the month of November - that's just 30 words a day! Entry is free and the prize is a publication on the website. Details here.

Charlie says: I command this little tyke to stay down!

I may not be commenting so much this week - but I'll try to keep up nonetheless!

Mr Bond, here I come!

That does sound like a fancy little competition, maybe I'll take a look :) Have a happy bonfire night yourself and I hope the cats are fine.

That is a lot of words, I don't thin I know that many! Howdy boys!

Ah yes, Happy Bonfire Night or Guy Fawkes Night on Monday, November 5. I would kindly ask that the humans in Britain be responsible with fireworks and ideally go to a safe, controlled public fireworks display.

Many of us animals tremble with fear because of the bright lights and loud bangs!

Pawsitive wishes and doggy kisses, Penny the Jack Russell dog and modest internet superstar! xx

We're looking forward to seeing Skyfall too. Bond movies and books will be around for generations to come. Maybe one day he'll have a wormhole to use as one of his gadgets.

I'm so unorganized these days, 30 words a day would be a challenge. Pathetic of me. But at least I'm back to editing one of my two manuscripts.

Looks like Charlie and Gumdrop are really getting along -- that's so great!

I don't think the little one will stay down.

That's a doable goal and competition.
