A fiendish trick played on me by gorgeous Janet Sumner Johnson! She held a trick or treat party and Charlie won the trick! Yay! Thank you lovely Janet! There was an extra pack of yummy jelly beans too but I ate them. Ahem.

We went to visit kittens this last weekend. We are on the fence at the moment. They were so adorable at only three weeks old.

Counting down now...We hope you have time off over the holidays, Jennifer. The bonus to working at a North American university is that they're closed between Christmas and New Years. Some even get two weeks off! Not sure what it's like for you, but hope you'll have a great break.

I cannot give my cats anything with catnip. They go completely wild and crazy. I actually fear for their little hearts! They not only destroy the catnip toy, but then try to eat the carpet/it/anything that touched it.

Are you really dashing through the snow? This morning, it was cold enough to snow. Luckily, it was sunny and the large moon shone on my ride to work. It was striking.
