Fright night

Bloggie friends!

The nights are drawing in, there’s a little bit of autumnal weather in the air, I continue to pretend it's summer and this headline just frightened me:

Snow forecast for Britain in October (source)

LOL!

And here is Simon’s Cat doing something we with furry friends could so easily relate to.

Charlie says: I snooze now.

Have a fab weekend everyone!

I hope it's not too cold this year! I love snow--but too much cold is just . . . freezing. LOL.

I love the video. :)

Well, you've had your turn. The sun is now on its way back home to New Zealand. Sorry!

Enjoy your weekend too :)

I would think it always snows in Britain in October. Certainly in Scotland, no?

Summer? We had a summer in Britain? Where and when? LOL
Take care, eh

Of course, Charlie has to snooze at the top of the stairs. Pets sure do like to stake out this particular area.

We're still having mid-90 degree weather in the High Desert of Calif. Crazy! First day of Fall!

Fabulous! Simon's cat is brilliant! Charlie looks all warm and cosy in his sleepy curl.

That really made us laugh - we do that to mum all the time - she has to dodge tails to see the screen and take out all our words like mcvnvdhjvfcdivgjfgn, - after all what's wrong with inventing a new word!! She has a wireless mouse so we haven't had the fun of disconnecting that!! Boo.
Hope Charlie and you have a great weekend.

I don't know about over the pond but the weather here in france is gorgeous today. Alas, the sun is setting sooner and the air is getting colder in the mornings. Summer is officially over:(

Noes! Not the dreaded snowfall!

Loved the Simon's Cat video. It's so true to life!

Um, WHOT?!?! What does the Metro know, anyway, I ask you? No, I refuse to believe it.

I'm going to enjoy our lovely sun right now!

Have a great weekend, Old Kitty and Charlie!

Keep warm, Charlie!

That cartoon was so hilarious! I don't have a cat but I have a three year old child who does the SAME THING.

We keep wishing for things we can't have. Or at least, I do. Some snow wouldn't come amiss around here where the temperature is bone-meltingly high. :D

Ha ha! my kitty doesn't do that but my kids sure do!

have to say I loved your Pirate Day post, too!

What care I - I'm having new double-glazed hardwood sash windows installed in December.

Oh, did you say October? Rats.

Snow! We will probably get it here in MN too...I can't believe it is that time. I love the video, my sister has a cat that does that exact thing to her! :-) Have a wonderful weekend!

Don't say it. I know it's coming, sooner than we think.... just don't say it. I love the vid. Evidently Charlie's not impressed.
Have the relaxing or wild or whatever you wish weekend.
Love and peace.

Snow..so early? Here we might get it in my part of the Country late November but not too often.
I am curled up in bed again so mom can't make it up. Warm in there. Have a good weekend Charlie. You handsome boy!

Oh no, snow! In October!?

Charlie, "The Boys" and I are with you; snoozing is the best time passer.

Somehow I missed this in my Reader, or it didn't show up. :-/

Snow in October? That's barely short of horrific in my books. And I hope our white stuff doesn't show up until January (no chance of that--lol).

Simon`s Cat is hilarious and spot on. Happy weekend!

I expect this forecast is as accurate as the ones earlier in the year predicting droughts and a BBQ summer.

So you're not ready for winter? Me neither! I am however ready for fall. Hoping we have a long beautiful autumn with lots of pumpkins and squash and lovely colorful trees. And then it can snow on Christmas Day!

'autumn leaves'.. as the old song goes... definitely nights are drawing in. We love Simons Cat too... and we think you are looking lovely too, nice to meet you. Darcy and Bingley xxx

Oh no! Not snow!

Funny cartoon. Is this what Charlie does to you when you're writing your future bestseller? Is this why he's hiding his head? In shame?

That's why I love my laptop - no mouse and battery backup. : )

They're saying possible October snow here in Virginia USA also. Sigh. I do want cooler weather, but not yet. Would like some mild autumn weather. If only we could have what we want!

Thanks so much for stopping by and cheering me on with my second memoir. You brightened my day. Hugs to you and Charlie from me and Jen! :-)
