Patience is truly a virtue bloggie friends!
I ordered something online and clicked the "send" button - when everything stalled. So I did what I always do when this happens. I clicked on the "send" button several times.
Worried that nothing went through I emailed their customer services who very nicely replied quickly with the following:

I did that once, kept clicking, and customer service emailed me to ask if I really wanted 7 of the item. Glad you got through to them.

Patience is always a good thing. Just today, I tried to teach my son that lesson at a doctors office after we waited for 1 hour! But we then left before being seen. That was patient enough! We are going in a few weeks first thing in the morning!

LOL, that is something I would do.You just never know when things actually go through, so just click it at least 29 times. Charlie, that darn Mom keeps waking you up. Do try to have a most wonderful week end.
Jenn you and mum must be born under the "impatient" sign - she gets furry cross when the computer doesn't obey her quickly enough and does that too!!

I have definitely done this. LOL. My latest test in non-patience was when I hadn't received a package that I had ordered 8 days after it mailed, and I emailed the customer service to find out where the package was. They replied that it might not arrive for 20 business days. I replied that I would never purchase from their company again. (I did receive the package the next day. But still.) Love the kitty picture!

I have been in Colorado all week visiting my grandsons. They are both growing fast and I miss them so much. Now my daughter is moving there. Guess who will have to become even more of a frequent flyer?

That happened to me once--the site being clicked actually said "Whoa, slow down there, bucko! This takes time to process"--or something along that line. It was pretty funny. :P

Hi Old Kitty! :) It happens to me all the time, the screen freezes and I always think it's not working, then it sends it a hundred times! There was one time I was making comments on blogs when the screen froze so I kept clicking 'publish comment'...well, you guessed it right, it published my message like a thousand times. LOL.

I learn the very hard way. I did that but didn't call and got 6 of the same item. Oh woe is me !!!! Happened to be books so then I had to ship the heavy things back. UUUgggghhh.
