Banned

I am browsing at a stall selling all sorts of plants and flowers at our local farmers' market when a customer behind me greets the stall owner with a cheery, “Hullo Deb, nice to see you branching out.”

Bloggie friends – it really does pay to be as nosey as me but not as loud. Yes, I burst out laughing so loudly I think I am now banned from within a metre of the stall.

Charlie says: You are pulling my leg.

Nearly the weekend, bloggie friends!

Haha ..it was a funny comment when taken in the context of being told to a person selling plants and flowers!

Oh Charlie, you have the most lovely legs, dear one!

Are you banned just through the growing season or until next year's planting?

Hey you can learn a lot by people watching or even listening.

Mommy took Fenris to a Farmer's Market Saturday they had a water bowl for doggies, where they could stop for a drink.

That's so punny! I love it when people are like that. Unfortunately, I don't hear many English jokes or puns here in Mexico.

I always like it when someone gets one of my jokes. No one should be banned for laughing!

Sometimes I fear I'll be banned somewhere. I commit a faux pas now and then.

In that position Charlie is begging for his leg to be pulled. :)

Charlie you are too cute and your Mom is too funny. That really was funny. I doubt you will be banned. Have yourself a great day.

Branching out. I like it or I would if I didn't dislike all foliage.

I find myself comment on total strangers conversations. Sometimes it goes over well, other times not so much. But I entertain myself and that's what's important.

I would have laughed, too--it's a funny thing to say in a farmers' market! :)

I just read your Jilted post. That made me laugh. Now this one brought even louder laughter. I would have gotten banned to! We could have strolled off together, laughing. How fun that would have been!!

Jen says "hello" right back!!! And we both hug Charlie. Jen LOVES cats too! Animals ARE wonderful. They don't worry about the future, they don't stress out about the past. They just live in the moment. Jen and I are now going to enjoy focusing on the moment. We're going to watch a murder mystery, my favorite genre. My turn to pick, I told her!!

Hehe. I would have laughed too.

Hugs to Charlie!
