Stories of Victorian Webs

A short story - shelved - for over a year. It was a story barely alive. Bloggie friends, we can rebuilt. We have the technology. It will be better than before. Better… stronger… more readable!

With sincerest apologies to the Six Million Dollar Man. LOL!

Happy Victoria Day to all my Canadian bloggie friends!

Here is a hanging basket of mystery flowers especially for you!

Please be so kind as to ignore the cobwebs that seemed to have sprang up overnight in the background!

Charlie says: I am not amused.

Pic of Charlie taken yesterday! Happy dayz!

Charlie tooks like one tough audience. But then again, he's a cat. Maybe if we come bearing gifts.

Hi to Charlie! Hope you both had a good weekend.

We wish the canadians a nice holiday too. I sure don't know what those flowers are. That is kind of fun to have mystery flowers although a lot of mine are mysteries too Hope you have a great week.

Charlie's off spider duty this week, huh?

Don't you just hate those overnight spider webs? I seem to have them all over the place. :)

Charlie is such a cutie! Though he really doesn't look amused...

It can INDEED be rebuilt! Hope you are happy with the end result! And you have such lovely flowers. You really should come make something of my yard, as I am very bad at it.

Sometimes shelving a story will help your mind work in the background and revive it on a future date. Your flowers are very pretty! It has been raining so much that I haven't been able to plant anything as yet I better begin soon or my veggies won't grow!

Charlie looks like I do these days with one eye open ..lol. My cornea is still taking time to heal. It is so uncomfortable.

Charlie is not amused at all. What's he got to be so miffed about? Catnip out of season, or what?

KarenMcG said...

Ahh, Charlie. It looks like you're about ready to go to sleep sitting up.

Those flowers are very pretty. And cob webs? They just add to the texture of the photo.

Charlie has the look of bewilderment and disgust in my opinion! I think he has the greatest expressions!

Oh Charlie, could you please give us a little smile?
I think your mom deserves a little gratitude from you, don't you think?

Hi Jennifer,
thanks for the lovely flowers. I don't think Canadians take this holiday seriously (especially in the province of Quebec, LOL). I didn't do anything. I pretty much napped with my cats all day long. I'm still jetlagged ;)
Cute pic of Charlie as always.

Beautiful picture of Charlie!

May is the month to dust off an old story and breathe life into it. You're participating without even knowing it!
